David Aizpitarte
David Aizpitarte has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field and specializes in program management, NEPA consultation, noise consultation, and hazardous waste and material assessment. He is the owner and president of Bionomics Environmental, Inc., a disadvantaged business enterprise registered in Idaho and Oregon, and serves on local and regional government advisory groups in Idaho.

Aimee Hill 
Aimee Hill has 12 years of experience in environmental investigation and assessment. She specializes in NEPA project management, field survey, sampling, analysis, and report preparation. She is experienced in NEPA compliance, wetland delineation and mitigation planning, Section 404 of the Clean Water Act permitting, evaluation and compliance auditing, and Section 4(f) evaluations. She completed USACE Wetland Delineation and Management Training curriculum and wetland mitigation planning coursework.

Kristiina Horton
Kristiina Horton has 10 years experience in full NEPA compliance, with emphasis on traffic noise, wetland delineation, mitigation planning, and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act permitting and air quality analyses. Her project experience includes public infrastructure, including Federal Highway Administration, Idaho Transportation Department and local highway districts, as well as private enterprise. She also has experience in the graphic design field, both in desktop publishing and commercial printing. She has completed the USACE Wetland Delineation Training Course curriculum and wetland mitigation planning coursework.

Nicole Parks
Nicole Parks has seven years of experience in environmental investigation and assessment and specializes in field survey, sampling, and report preparation. She is proficient with environmental compliance audits, water quality analysis, noise analysis, wetland delineation and mitigation planning, and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act permitting. Ms. Parks performs essential coordination responsibilities with local, state, and federal agencies. She has completed the USACE Wetland Delineation Training Course curriculum and wetland mitigation planning coursework.

Ashley Tarter
Ashley Tarter has experience in report preparation in the fields of environmental investigation and assessment. She also has experience in NEPA compliance, GIS mapping, GPS operation, traffic noise modeling, technical editing, and conducting field surveys which include research, sampling, photography and report generation.

Katie Powell
Katie Powell has eight years of experience in biological research and wildlife surveys. She has worked in the State, Federal, and private sectors in central and southern Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. She has performed avian use, breeding bird, sharp-tailed and sage grouse lek, raptor migration, raptor nest, radar, bat, anabat detection, small mammal, amphibian, fisheries, and vegetation surveys. Her office experience includes NEPA compliance, writing technical reports, Biological Assessments and Environmental Assessments, GIS mapping, and statistical analyses.

Kelly Mitchell
Kelly Mitchell has 13 years technical experience and has served as a crew member, crew chief, field director and program manager on over 40 archaeological surveys throughout the Great Basin in Idaho, Nevada, and Utah as well as in California, Montana, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. These surveys have included small and large-scale aerial and linear surveys for the Air Force, National Guard Bureau, US Army, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, Idaho State gravel pit certification, and several commercial companies. She has assisted in preparing cultural resource sections for NEPA documentation, architectural survey reports, and cultural resource management plans. Ms. Mitchell has experience in both prehistoric and historic artifact analysis with expertise in historic ceramics and other historic site assemblages, such as homesteads and sheepherding camps.

Jillian Roberts
Jillian Roberts has four years of professional experience conducting cultural resource investigations. This experience includes overall administration and management of cultural resource projects, and compilation of cultural resource reports according to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. Her experience also includes Section 4(f) evaluations, background and pre field research with several agencies, prehistoric and historic site excavations, artifact recordation and preservation, mapping, and supervision of intensive and reconnaissance field surveys.

Niki Nickoloff
Niki Nickoloff has field experience in intensive and reconnaissance field surveys for cultural resource investigations, prehistoric and historic site excavation, site recordation that includes mapping and photography, and artifact recordation and preservation. Her experience also includes preparation of site forms for historical sites, background/pre-field research with several agencies including the Idaho State Historical Preservation Office and county offices, and preparation of cultural resource reports according to Section 106. 

Joanna Aizpitarte
Joanna Aizpitarte has over 15 years of experience as Bionomics’ chief accountant and has developed a range of expertise during her tenure at Bionomics Environmental. She specializes in accounting, personnel management, tax accounting and financial reporting. Her expertise includes Bionomics Environmental’ accounting functions oversight, setting up accounting for projects in multiple states, tax reporting and Human Resources.
