Jillian Martin
Principal Investigator
With 13 years of professional experience conducting cultural resource and architectural history investigations throughout Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. This experience includes overall administration and management of cultural resource projects, and compilation of cultural resource reports according to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966. Her experience also includes Section 4(f) of the U.S. Department of Transportation Act of 1966 evaluations, background and pre-field research with several agencies, prehistoric and historic site excavations, artifact recordation and preservation, mapping, and supervision of intensive and reconnaissance field surveys.
